About Lifeprints
Who, what and why
Lifeprints was born in 1985, as a vehicle for supporting men and women on their paths of self-discovery. I began by sponsoring and promoting workshops offered by other facilitators in the Fort Collins area, and then adding my own work when I completed my graduate degree.
My retreats and journal classes began in 1988, and over time, Lifeprints has become an umbrella for a variety of reflective writing workshops, as well as individual and couples' counseling.
In 2002, I began leading women's groups in Italy, and in October 2008, our first France Women's group was born. Contact me for more information about traveling to these beautiful areas.
The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron and Journal To The Self
by Kathleen Adams are valuable books whose contents have been the mainstays of the workshop schedule for
15 years or more, and now there are a baker's dozen ways to participate
in Lifeprints courses. Some are one day or weekend sessions, and some
continue for a month or two or three or more.
I meet clients, students, friends and family at The Studio At Blue Heron House and it is a lovely environment in which to do our work or play. In May 2005, we completed a walking labyrinth, available for anyone, anytime, day or night, without advance notice or permission. We welcome you and your friends, your meditation groups, your children and pets.
Thank you for visiting us online.
